A crew request is not a commercial tour or a promise that every detail is final. It is a clear starting point for finding compatible campers, drivers or route-planning partners before a trip takes shape.
Dates can be flexible and the route can still be under research. State what is confirmed, what is tentative and what kind of help or company you are looking for.

How it works

We check that the request is understandable, non-commercial and suitable for public posting.
Approved details may appear on Find a Crew or be shared with relevant community members.
Interested people connect through the designated process and independently decide whether the match fits.

The request does not need to be perfect. Clear, honest information is more useful than making the route sound more certain or difficult than it really is.

Use the submission form to share your trip idea and contact details with the CIWILD team. Your personal email, phone number and exact meetup information will not be displayed publicly as part of the crew listing.
Only submit information you are comfortable sharing with CIWILD for review and matching. Do not include passwords, financial information, emergency contact records or sensitive identity documents.

What happens next?
CIWILD reviews early crew requests manually. The next step depends on how complete, relevant and suitable the submission is for the current community.
The request has enough information for CIWILD to evaluate whether it can be shared.
CIWILD may ask for clearer dates, route expectations, costs or vehicle requirements.
Commercial promotions, unsafe requests, misleading claims or submissions outside the current scope may be declined.
CIWILD provides information and connection tools. Review of a submission is not an endorsement, background check, guide service, route verification, safety guarantee or confirmation that a trip is suitable for any particular person or vehicle. Participants remain responsible for independently checking identities, route access, closures, weather, fire restrictions, permits, equipment, insurance choices and personal readiness.
