What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials (e.g., faulty fabric, broken zippers, cracked frames)
- Workmanship defects that affect the function of the product (e.g., seams that separate under normal use)
- Structural failures that occur during normal, intended use
- Hardware failures (e.g., buckles, clasps, tent poles) under normal use
What Is NOT Covered
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
- Damage from failure to follow care instructions or improper storage
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, dents) that does not affect function
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Products used for commercial, rental, or professional guiding purposes
- Consumable parts (batteries, filters, fuel canisters)
- Lost or stolen products

How to File a Warranty Claim

- Provide: your full name, order number, date of purchase, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
- Our warranty team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and contact you with next steps. If we need the item back for inspection, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Upon approval, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit of equal value.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS.
