Our Warranty Promise

All products sold on ciwildcommunity are covered by our Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. What Is Covered

What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Damage from failure to follow care instructions or improper storage
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, dents) that does not affect function
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Products used for commercial, rental, or professional guiding purposes
  • Consumable parts (batteries, filters, fuel canisters)
  • Lost or stolen products

How to File a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide: your full name, order number, date of purchase, a description of the defect, and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. Our warranty team will review your claim within 2–3 business days and contact you with next steps. If we need the item back for inspection, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Upon approval, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit of equal value.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
