Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ciwild. We ship all orders from our U.S. warehouse and work hard to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. Please read the information below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order is processed and shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for standard delivery within the contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take additional time.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. ciwild is not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website:
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@ciwild.com.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, ciwild ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.
We are working to expand our shipping options in the future. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check around your property and with neighbors, as packages are sometimes left in unexpected locations.
- Wait 24 hours — carrier tracking sometimes updates before the package physically arrives.
- If still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@ciwild.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ciwild is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@ciwild.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
